My old picture

Halló humans from the Inter-nets.

Here is a picture of one of my waterfalls from when I was younger. It was made by a human called Frederick W.W: Howell more than 100 years ago with a fancy machine that is no longer very fancy. I have not seen him in a while. Humans and their machines get old very quickly.

I have not changed very much since this picture was taken. I am a young island and still have my good looks. Maybe one day when you are not busy you can travel in a flying-mahcine and see my waterfalls. It will fall for you even if you do not have a picture-taking machine and you do not have to be a princess to see them.

Halló, this is Iceland.

There are many glaciers, volcanoes and waterfalls on me. I made most of them a very long time ago, before any humans existed. But some of them are made by real humans in Reykjavík for you to look at with your eyes.

You can do that too, even if you are not a prince or a princess.

Because my waterfalls fall for everyone.

I have many waterfalls that will fall for you, if you have time to look at them. (My Skógafoss even has a nice bench for you to sit on if you are very tired.)
