Hello,
I was told that this is a real animal that lives in Iceland.  It is supposedly called a Momerath “which roughly translates to heavenly snow cows”.
 Am I being tricked by photoshop or is it a real animal?

I do not know where this photo-shop is, and if they are perhaps trying to trick you. In either case you should probably take your business to a different photo-shop.
Momeraths do not live in Iceland. Maybe you are thinking of a different island, like Australia?
