WatchHalló, this is Iceland. I have heard that during Christmas, many people like to eat many things with their mouths.
But not many of them know how to make pancakes like my people.
That is why my friend Margrét (who also knows how to make plokkfiskur) made this video for you to look at and show you how to make them.
(But do not eat too many of them, because then you will look like a pancake.)
